Did you get a payment card?
You can only withdraw a small amount of money in cash with the payment card. In addition, you cannot pay with the payment card in all stores or online.
Do you need more cash?
Then we’ll try to help. You can exchange money on your payment card for cash with us. You’ll get just as much money back in cash.
How does it work?
You can use your payment card to buy a voucher from a supermarket.
You take the voucher with you to one of our exchange meetings.
We exchange the voucher for cash. You get exactly as much cash as you spent on the voucher.

Which vouchers?
You can exchange 50€ vouchers for 
for cash. You will also need the receipt to exchange. Please remember to take it with you.
Exchange dates every month
· 1st Wednesday 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
· 1st + 3rd Saturday 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Why are we doing this?
We think the payment card is wrong for various reasons. That’s why we want to show solidarity with people who receive the payment card. We do this on a voluntary basis and free of charge.
